All-Female Band 'Tablet El Sitt' to Play at Grand Egyptian Museum

Tablet El Sitt is an all-female band reviving the ancient traditional music of Egypt, and they’re bringing a show to the new Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM). This March 8th, prepare yourself for a night of Egyptian folk rhythms and passionate, spirited performances across percussion, singing and dancing.

Founded by folk music student and enthusiast Soha Mohamed in 2019, the group is bringing Egypt’s musical heritage back to the forefront, garnering global attention across social media.
