Razane Jamal & Mohamed Ramadan Co-Star in New Mohamed Diab Film

Egyptian filmmaker and ‘Moon Knight’ director Mohamed Diab is currently working on a new film titled ‘Asad Al Osoud’, featuring Egyptian superstar Mohamed Ramadan and Lebanese-British actress Razane Jammal. The period drama will also include performances by Maged El Kedwany, Khaled El Sawy, Sherif Salama and Ahmed Abdelhamid.

‘Asad Al Osoud’ reunites the screenwriting sibling trio of Sherine, Khaled and Mohamed Diab, who previously collaborated on acclaimed projects such as ‘Talq Sina'iee’ (2018), ‘Amira’ (2021) and the hit series ‘Tayea’ (2018).

The film marks Jammal's first leading role in an Arab production. She is best known for her portrayal of Sara in the pan-Arab series ‘Al Thaman’ (2023) and her role as Maggie in the Netflix Original series ‘Paranormal’ (2020).
