The NMEC is About to Host the Biggest International Art Show

It's difficult to separate the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC) from the notion of artistic achievement. After all, its opening was accompanied by the Pharaohs' Golden Parade, a spectacular showcase that stole headlines around the world. Soon, between January 15th and January 19th, 2022, the NMEC is setting out to grab the attention of the globe with the first edition of the World Art Forum, an international exhibition featuring over 150 pieces of art by artists, galleries and cultural institutions from over 30 countries.

Held in cooperation with the United Nations Egypt, New York International Contemporary Arts Society, and Sheranda World Art, the World Art Forum will focus on sustainability and international cooperation as its main theme. The World Art Forum will be open to the public from January 16th, and visitors will be able to attend a range of activities, including roundtable discussions, sale of exclusive artwork, and an engaging interactive experience.
