Art Platform AFAC Releases Weekly List of Arab Indie Films to Watch for Free

The Arab Fund for Arts & Culture (AFAC) has launched an initiative titled ‘Screens & Streams’, aimed at promoting the works of independent Arab filmmakers and artists through the current pandemic. Entitled ‘Screens & Streams’, the arts and culture platform releases a weekly curated list of the massive library of AFAC-supported films and music albums produced from across the region. All of the films will be available online for free for up to 7 days, and 20 songs are compiled each week in a playlist available on Anghami and Spotify.

From Egypt, Lebanon, Palestine and  Morocco, the lists feature narrative and documentary short and feature length films telling incredibly potent stories from across the Middle East by multi-faceted indie Arab filmmakers.
