Egypt’s First Charging Station for Electric Buses Has Just Opened

Egypt’s first electric charging station for superjet buses, the Adly Mansour Station, has just been inaugurated.


The bus station sits on 1.5 feddan and includes a building for passengers, fully equipped with all the amenities.  The electric buses can run up to 140 days without charging, and can take up to 5,000 passengers over that time. The charging station includes four chargers, and can charge up to eight buses at once. All the buses and charging stations were fully produced in Egypt through Egyptian corporations.
