Fee Increase on Vehicle Sale Contracts at Real Estate Registration

Notarisation offices affiliated with the Real Estate Registration have implemented new fees for registering the sale of various vehicles, including taxis, private cars, motorcycles, transport vehicles, trailers, tractors, buses and minibuses.

The new fees are determined based on the car's model, manufacturing year, cylinder capacity and passenger capacity. They include contract signing fees, contract fees and administrative fees. Following the contract signing, the Traffic Department is notified to transfer the car license to the buyer's name. Importantly, these fees apply not only to new cars but to all vehicles being registered for sale.
