Looking to train the next generation of leaders, the Global Conference of Young Parliamentarians will hold its eighth edition at Sharm El Sheikh from June 15th to June 16th. The conference gives young adults an opportunity to engage in political dialogue and public speaking, and allows them to share their opinions and solutions on today’s international challenges.
With budding parliamentarians coming in from 90 countries, this year’s theme will circle around the challenges of climate change - an issue the Egyptian government has been ardently addressing, especially with COP27 UN Climate Change Conference scheduled to take place in Sharm El Sheikh this November.
