We Are So Here For This Retro Calender Featuring 90s Arab Celebs

There’s a new baby in town and it's not the kind that cries on airplanes. ‘Baby’ is a new brand that makes what they call ‘design products’.  They’ve entered the local stratosphere with an all-new calendar that is uber Egyptian in more than one way, and we’re absolutely living for it.

“Malekat Molawana’, or ‘colour-in queens’, is their first product which is basically like if a calendar was also a colouring book, featuring our fav nineties on-screen stars. The project was created by artist Valerie Arif in collaboration with Al Magala Al Mosawara and Popular Arab Fashion, a page which posts amazing throwback looks. Classic figures like Laila Eloui, Lebleba, and Fifi Abdou are just a few of the divas featured in the calendar book.

The calendar was released just one week ago and is already stocked at the shelves of Cairopolitan. Each calendar costs EGP150, and you can order yours through the link in their bio to anywhere in the world.
