Young Jobseekers Can Get a Free Bike from Ministry of Youth & Sports

To help change how we get around, the Ministry of Youth and Sports will provide free bicycles to young people between the ages of 18 to 35, as long as they’re looking for a job.

Misr El Kheir Foundation, the Arab Union for Sports Marketing and Investment, and Coca Cola came together to collectively provide more than 200,000 opportunities for young people as part of the ‘Your Bike is Your Income’ project, which in turn is part of the national ‘Your Bike is Your Health’ initiative.

The bikes are slim and agile, allowing riders to make their way through tight traffic no matter what they’re carrying, whether it’s a briefcase of documents or a delivery package. Even better, bikes are sustainable and eco-friendly, exchanging harmful carbon emissions for a healthy workout. Plus, no need to worry about gas prices.

Eligible applicants must reside in Cairo, Giza and Qalyubia. They must be between 18 to 35 years old and currently unemployed. While applying, they must submit a declaration not to sell the bikes for two years, along with a negative drug test. The deadline to register is Friday, December 10th, and can be done through https://www.emys.app/sport/bike-salary/
