New Egyptian Arts and Culture Platform 'Gyptian' to Hold its First Photo Exhibition in Downtown

Showcasing scenes from all over Egypt through the distinct eyes of 14 photographers, Gyptian Co., a platform dedicated to showcasing the best of Egyptian art, photography and culture, is set to hold its first photo exhibition, ‘See Another Side’, which will be held at Downtown Cairo's Kodak Passageway between the 15th and 25th of May.

The theme of Gyptian’s inaugural exhibition is the exploration of a 'real Egypt' through the perspectives of Egyptian youth, who have exemplified visual storytelling. Part of the exhibition explores the often ignored rural life of Egypt, while also exploring history and heritage.

The exhibition will run starting Wednesday, May 15th at 9 PM at Kodak passageway until May 25th. The lineup of photographers features Alia ElGoan, Fathi Hawas, and Lamia Hassan.
