Brick-Oven Pizza by the Nile With the Four Seasons’ Riva

Located aboard the Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at the First Residence’s First Nile Boat, the restaurant comes through with a chance to indulge in our favourite Italian dishes.

Some of the items you can expect to find on Riva’s no-frills menu include a selection of fresh ‘antipasto’ like bruschetta al pomodoro (bruschetta with tomato and basil), arancini ai funghi (fried mushroom risotto balls), a beautiful caprese salad and burrata. The restaurant also offers a selection of Neapolitan pizza cooked in a brick oven: a classic margherita, al formaggi (ft. smoked scamorza, pecorino and Grand Pedano cheeses), a frutti de mare and schiacciata fresca pizza topped with pecorino cheese, bresaola and arugula.
