Spain Makes It to Sahel in the Form of a Tapas Bar Called Jeeda's

Egypt’s North Coast just got its first ever authentic Spanish restaurant. The brainchild of hospitality graduate Jeeda Elsakhawi, this new tapas bar has been ten years in the making.

After working in the field of hospitality, it pushed Elsakhawi to develop a love for Spanish gastronomy. This led her to go back to her hometown to open her very own Spanish restaurant. Our favourite bit? The phenomenal upscale decor.

From paella to seafood tapas, churros with dulce de leche, and trademark tiramisu, the restaurant and bar takes reservations on their website, www.jeedas.com, and has already been visited by a star-studded groups of guests including Hussein Fahmy.

The upscale venue is located in Almaza Bay. You can call and book your reservation via +2 0103 093 2835.
