If you’ve continually espoused Italian flavoured daydreams as your coping mechanism of choice, then local printed jumpsuit fiends Maison Molak is where to dock next. The budding label is built on a need to refine our Gouna New Year’s fits - or at least that’s where our diamond encrusted hearts took us - and to ensure no OOTD (eiw that was eau so millennial of us) is lacklustre. Equally, the brand places women’s personal needs, and by close proximity, their consumer demands, above all else.
Founded by Malak Adel and Ahmed Mosalamy, Maison Molak is a local passion project that continually pushes the boundaries between lux aestheticism and everyday RTW pieces.
“I just noticed how for a lot of people their self-confidence is tied to simply feeling good, so I wanted to create pieces that speak of confidence. It’s all about being comfortable in your skin and wearing pieces that help this,” Adel tells SceneStyled. “Experimenting in different industries has always interested me, this time around I believe in the Maison Molak message and it has been rewarding seeing the feedback from our Maison Molak family.”
Drawing on people from their peripheral surroundings, Maison Malak’s most recent collection includes a wide range of beachwear pieces such as tops, pants, beach sets, dresses, and cover ups that cater to a wide range of different tastes and meet every woman's daily needs.
