Warped Turns Up the Heat With New Summer Collection

Inspired by the carefree nature of our Sahel summers, Warped Jeans’ latest HEATWAVE collection builds on their staple denim basics with a collection of unrefined, innovative silhouettes.

The capsule collection features a reimagining of the classic cropped short and our long kaftan-esque cultural staples. Not only is this Warped’s initial dive into the land of seasonal collections, but it’s also currently serving as their plunge into identity formation, having only released basics since their launch in early 2021.

“Our philosophy is drawn from the notion of embracing all those who are unapologetically different, by celebrating the marriage between acknowledging the differences that set us apart, while embracing ourselves as unequivocally equal,” Warped tells SceneStyled.

Akin to the salty waters of our seas and the carefree nature of our souls, Warped’s summer collection enmeshes their quintessential worn-in aesthetic with a newly incorporated nonconformist assortment of long, loose-fitting long figurations. The Kooks-adjacent men’s wear embodies that ‘I’m the hot Italian you meet on vacay and escape on a gondola with as your two bowls of pistachio gelato deep’ type of narrative and their long cut-out jean shorts contest that southern babe aesthetic circulating on your socials.
