Homegrown Fabric Brand INCA Launches Nifty New E-Commerce Platform

Known and loved for their bold and unique original prints, homegrown brand ‘INCA & Co.’ has just expanded their fabric brand into the virtual world. Born out of a need for safe shopping during the time of ‘Rona, their new e-commerce platform acts as both a shopping cart and an online gallery for their customers.

“We wanted to launch something in light of the pandemic that allows our shoppers to browse and shop our fabrics online,” said Menna Fahmy, the brand’s digital marketing manager.

Along with their new website, they released a handful of inspired new collections just days ago including ‘Crisp Linens’, ‘Road to Africa’, ‘Nordic Shores’, ‘Corbin Collections’, ‘Sun and Moon’, ‘Washed Linens’, ‘New Marrakech’, and ‘Rich Velvets’. The new collections feature fabrics for both curtains and home furnishings, including crisp linens perfect for beachside homes, and luxe jewel-toned velvets that would look right at home even in a Baroque painting. Their patterns are made in-house by their own art director, who meticulously paints the designs by hand before sending it off to their workshops to be printed.

Launched in 2015, their fabrics are infused with the spirit of every place that the founders have traveled to. The end result is textiles that are an amalgamation of cultures and tastes, drawing patterns from the likes of Jaipur, Santorini, and the Scandinavian coastline.
