Moroccan Rapper ISSAM Caps-Off Milestone Year with New Track 'Phantom'

There were few albums as highly-anticiapted in 2021 as ISSAM's Babylon. From the moment 'Trap Beldi' starting ringing through ears across the regions a handful of years ago, the former fashion photographer has been crafting his own path on a rap scene dominated by the likes Tagne and ElGrandeToto.

Releases on Def Jam Island Records, the album was sumptuous, seductive and rich slice of R&B and hip-hop, and the rapper has signed off the milestone year with a piece of ears and eyes.

'Phantom' doesn't quite hot the heights of Babylon, but could easily have been part of the album, and ISSAM is in fine form, and the video is a trippy ride into some kind of - well, words can't quite do it justice...
