SceneNoise Presents: Dawsha - Episode 3 | Zaid Khaled
The Jordanian alt-pop trailblazer sits down with Dawsha’s Zaid Kreshan for a nostalgia fueled heart-to-heart.
On this episode of Dawsha, Jordanian alt-pop artist Zaid Khaled joins SceneNoise’s Zaid Kreshan on Dawsha to go over his unique musical style, his beginnings in the music industry, and about his songwriting process.
Having both been inspired by the Jordanian alt-rock scene of the 2010’s, they reminisce in this episode over the impactful music coming out of the region at that time, which still influences the work of both.
While talking about his lifestyle and workflow, Khaled sheds some insight into the murky waters of being a full-time artist, and how a lack of structure and routine in one's life can easily lead to falling into a creative or emotional struggle.
Dawsha is SceneNoise’s podcast where we take a deep dive into the MENA region’s music scene. In this episode, SceneNoise content creator Zaid Kreshan speaks with Lebanese rap icon Malikah about her return to music, her experience in the rap scene, and about the current wave of music currently booming in the region.
