NEOM Reveals Treyam, a Lagoon Resort with a 450-Metre Bridge Hotel

Featuring a bold design that minimises land intervention with a focus on conservation and innovation, Treyam – the newest addition to Saudi’s dynamic regional project NEOM – presents visitors with an elevated sanctuary to relax, rejuvenate, and immerse themselves in stunning natural landscapes.

Located at the entrance of one of the Gulf of Aqaba's most exquisite lagoons and only a short distance away from THE LINE, the 250-room resort possesses a pioneering bridge-inspired design that spans the divide between the northern and southern shores. From a distance, the innovative façade of the bridge conjures a captivating sunset-like illusion. Its upper and lower levels provide sweeping panoramas of the tidal lagoon below and expansive skies above, effortlessly blending into the surrounding landscape while preserving the inherent beauty of the shoreline.

The visual magnificence of Treyam expands even more with its 450-metre-long rooftop infinity pool. Positioned 36 metres above the sea, guests enjoy a truly mesmerising experience, as if suspended, gazing upon a stunning panoramic vista of the lagoon, vibrant corals, and serene, endless waters stretching to the horizon.

Geared toward adventure seekers, the resort offers a wide variety of thrilling activities, including sailing, diving, and several water sports, as well as an array of engaging land-based adventures. Additionally, guests can indulge in state-of-the-art health and wellness experiences enhanced by technology, alongside fitness facilities.

The unveiling of this latest NEOM development aligns with recent announcements of sustainable tourism initiatives across the Gulf of Aqaba, including Leyja, Epicon, Siranna, Utamo, Norlana, Aquellum, Zardun, Xaynor, Elanan, and Gidori. These initiatives symbolise NEOM’s commitment to sustainability and collectively champion a harmonious relationship between development and nature.
