Ahmed Ezz Stars in Adaptation of Ahmed Mourad’s Mousem Seid El Ghezlan

Fans of the hit period action film ‘Kira w El Gen’ (2022) may be hyped to learn that actor Ahmed Ezz is once again collaborating with author Ahmed Mourad on another movie, this time adapting the author’s futuristic mindbender, ‘Mouseum Seid El Ghezlan’.

Mourad’s literary works have become consistent blockbusters in the Egyptian box office, with filmmaker Marwan Hamed having adapted ‘The Blue Elephant’, ‘1919’ and ‘Torab El Mass’ into some of the highest earning films in the country.

'Mousem Seid El Ghezlan' follows the story of a man whose life goes awry after dreaming of a red-haired Romani woman. While details about the cast and crew have yet to be revealed, Ezz and Mourad are currently working closely together to develop the story and the main character.
